Image-Line’s Vocodex is an insanely powerful vocoder plugin that comes stock in FL Studio. Proper use of this plugin can help you achieve that classic, “Daft Punk”, robotic voice on your vocals, as well as give you interesting tones and layers on your sounds.
In this tutorial, Filip will show you how to set up Vocodex in FL Studio, as well as demonstrate 3 creative ways you can use it to get cool, unique results. These techniques include using synths and samples as carriers, making growls with Serum and Vocodex, and layering resampled Vocodex layers with dry vocals.
All of these techniques will be demonstrated and explained in-depth in this video to give you a better understanding of what Vocodex can do.
