Incorporating real-world sounds and foley samples into your productions is a great way to add an authentic, organic feel to your tracks. In this tutorial, Noah will take a standard drum beat and add organic percussion sounds to add flare and uniqueness.
He’ll layer his main snare and off snare with different perc shots to make things sound interesting. Then he will put different shaker sounds and percussive hits between the kicks and snares to add groove throughout.
