Like many producers born in the age of digital sound, we've always been fascinated by the beautifully, warm, lush and unpredictable character of vintage analog synths and gear. That's why we've made it our mission to twist and warp cutting-edge tools to produce and, dare we say it, even improve upon these gorgeous synth tones and textures - Open Spaces - Massive Vintage R&B Presets represents the next level in this journey to woozy sonic heaven!
Taking cues from contemporary masters of beat-making, from the kings of LA's Beat Scene and Hip Hop's dustier, vinyl-obsessed side, to the deliciously dark and deep strand of recent R&B, we've lifted off NI Massive's hood entirely to dig deep beneath the surface and rewire all those intricate oscillator waveforms, drive and distortion units, feedback circuits, filter resonances, delay lines and everything in between!
The result is a set of bass, synth and SFX presets that burst with colour and internal life, ranging in tone from campfire-warm to baked, scorched and totally singed! We've expertly programmed deep, seething basses; titanic, unsteady synth leads; delicate, dreamy keys and electric pianos; gliding, uplifting pads and so much more. These sounds simply don't sit tight - they evolve, shift and dance to their own rhythms.
Every preset offers up all 8 macro controls for quick and seamless tweaking, giving you the tools necessary to effortlessly shape your sound to perfection.
