This is a simple sampling of a very famous optical compressor that has gorgeous valves in the signal path. It gives a very smooth natural sounding compression. I recommend using it in conjunction with the stunning IK Multimedia T-racks White 2A leveling amplifier ( tm )to get somewhat closer to the real hardware.
