Most importantly, Ken gives detailed explanations of why he is making every choice, showing you all of his settings, specific to this style of mixing.
The most challenging part of this style of mixing is getting the added MIDI instruments to sound like a part of the sample, which Ken breaks down in detail. The full Pro Tools 7 thru Pro Tools 10 session is included with the download as well as consolidated WAVE files for other DAW systems. Do your own mix and compare it to Kens every step of the way.
