Join Studio One wiz Gary Hiebner for an in-depth video tutorial series on advanced mixing concepts in Studio One. This is followed by a look at working with similar instruments using folders and buses, which provides better organization as well as bus processing possibilities.

Next, you'll learn how to properly gain stage your tracks so that you have plenty of headroom in your session and are operating within the DAW's optimal parameters. Gary demonstrates how to use level meters and VCA faders to help accomplish this. Then you'll learn about using dynamic processing on the main output, which is a very common way of helping to glue the sound of the instruments together.
