Venture deep into the heart of nature with the OneShot Expansion Pack Forest. Recorded in Judarskogen – an old and enchanting forest on the outskirts of Stockholm – this collection captures the raw, organic sounds of the wild.
Nature's rhythms bring an primal and unpredictable quality that synthetic sounds just can't replicate. The subtle irregularities of rustling leaves, cracking twigs, or chirping birds can create a more natural, dynamic groove making a track feel more alive and immersive.
The pack includes a rich variety of organic sounds, from striking wood - logs, sticks, stumps, and trunks - to the plopping of rocks into water and large, dynamic splashes. You'll find scraping and knocking rocks, breaking twigs, and the rustling of bushes, along with the crunch of both dry and wet leaves and the creaking of green foliage. Metal impacts from lids and pipes add a sharp contrast, while the warm crackle of a bonfire brings a sense of atmosphere. A common Swedish bird, Talgoxe, wanted to join the party and is also included with some top-lines.
