After years in research and experimenting with IRS, we have finally managed to make one of the best sounding analog tape recorder simulation out there using: Impulse Responses from our beloved Studier A812 Tape Machine and combining them with saturation and analog limiting simulations and our ears!
And it sounds amazing!
Beside The StudIR A812 TAPE MACHINE PLUGIN Device you will also get 12 Custom Made Tape Presets
If you want some Tape mojo for your tracks and mixes, this tool will help you getting there easy and fast
How to install:
1- Put the StudIR A812 TAPE MACHINE Folder on your computer wherever you want and remember it's place
2- Open Ableton live
3- Drag & Drop the „StudIR A812 TAPE MACHINE FOLDER“ left down side Folder in Ableton (Places)! (check out the Pic)
4- Put the StudIR A812 TAPE MACHINE.amxd to your desired channel or on your master bus.
5- Click on Folder button on the plugin and find the StudIR A812 TAPE MACHINE folder and click on the Files Folder where the IRS are and enjoy!
