* New double-click functionality on section handle to enable 'Q dragging mode' to only change Q of filter section
* Fixed an issue that could cause plugins to not show up in certain hosts on Windows

* Fixed a mousewheel focus issue in Windows
* Removed alt/control modifier conflict for mouse drag and mouse wheel operations for EQ nodes;
