Patterns Vol.2 contains 16 Original drums breaks + 181 one shots including kicks, snares, hi hats, cymbals, congas, toms and percs. Patterns vol.2 explores multiple genres from such as Psych, Soul, Gospel and Euro Prog between 1967-1973. These breaks were created & inspired by some of the most rare and sought after breaks of the late 60s & early 70s era.
Every break was meticulously crafted using all sorts of vintage mics, tube compressors, EMT 140 Plate Reverbs, and tape machines to give each break the tone and texture of a rare break you might find while digging in the crates.
These are the perfect breaks for any sound designer looking to get inspired by to write chords or find melodies outside the tradition 4/4 metronome clicker. Each break has its own distinct texture, character, swing, multiple fills and ghost notes to keep every break not sounding repetitive.
