dBridge is a British music producer and DJ who has been active in the industry since the late 1990s. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of the Drum and Bass genre and one of its most influential figures.
He started his apprenticeship working alongside Lennie De Ice, who is cited as inventing Jungle/Drum and Bass. He then went on to found the prominent DnB label Renegade Hardware with Jason Maldini. They both then formed the Drum and Bass supergroup Bad Company. Darren later decided to start his own outlet and founded Exit Records, a label that has defined genres and led the way for 20 years.
In addition to his production work, dBridge is a highly regarded DJ known for his dynamic sets featuring exclusive tracks. He has performed at some of the biggest events in the world, including Glastonbury, Coachella, Atonal, and Berghain.
dBridge's contributions to the genre have been recognized by fans and peers alike. He has received numerous accolades, including awards from DJ Mag for best compilation, and has been featured in several year-end lists of the best tracks.
In recent years, dBridge has continued to push the boundaries of the genre by exploring new sounds and styles and collaborating with a wide range of artists from different musical backgrounds.
