From the get go, he uses multiple MIDI channels in Ableton Live to create unpredictable and glitchy vocal chops, and a free MIDI randomization plugin to create the bassline of the track. Layering is another frequently used technique in this course, as he stacks up multiple timbres and textures to achieve his own signature style and sound. Reelow's process isn't confined to the computer though, as he looks to the hardware section of his studio in order to add interest and further layers to his production.
