It's common for early intermediate blues guitar players to get “stuck in a rut” and unable to take their playing to the next level. The frustration you feel is not only natural, it's a healthy sign that you're now ready to take that next step.
Seth Rosenbloom's Intermediate Blues edition of his Flying Solo series is that next step! Seth designed the course to give you new ways of looking at what you already know, as well as expand your vocabulary, to breathe new life into your playing.
"Sometimes we find ourselves getting stuck in a certain part of the neck or playing the same old phrases, and we want to inject our playing with some solos in different styles of blues, also different keys to explore the method.
I've created four solos in different styles and keys. I'll break down every phrase that I use to construct those solos. And then we'll play and practice those solos together.
Once you have a grip on the solos that I've written, practice with the backing tracks on your own and come up with your own variations. That's the key to busting out of the rut!”
