Cold Fission is created in the spirit of Electronic Body Music (EBM) and Industrial Techno with a futurist yet retro approach by sound designer and composer Colin C. (CBS, NBC/Universal, FOX Entertainment, Showtime, etc.).
Utilizing only classic bits of kit (namely Roland and Korg units) to capture the essence of EBM’s origins, Cold Fission presents a unique ‘upscaling’ of these sources through Colin’s unique approach to modern distortion, bit crushing and compression combined with unique sequencing and patterns to offer something beyond simply recreating the past. Produced for Soundtrack Loops by Colin Cameron (Slighter).
