Coursera Berklee Musicianship Tensions Harmonic Function and Modal Interchange TUTORiAL

Coursera Berklee Musicianship Tensions Harmonic Function and Modal Interchange TUTORiAL

P2P | 29 May 2017 | 610 MB

In this course you will learn Tensions, Harmonic Function, and Modal Interchange.

The course culminates with an assignment that asks you to compose and perform an 8-measure composition using popular chord progressions and the Major pentatonic scale. Just like Developing Your Musicianship I, the course is designed to impart the joy of creating music and sharing it with others.

This course is for learners who wish to develop musical skills and gain a working knowledge of music theory and ear training. This course is designed as the second course in the "Developing Your Musicianship" specialization. We recommend completing Developing Your Musicianship before enrolling in this course.
