Exploring the role of technology in the process of music production, the use of the DAW (digital audio workstation) as a music production tool, the process of mixing using a DAW, the art of signal processing, MIDI sequencing and the use of score writing software are discussed.

As an important part of the assignments is producing a workbook feel free to post pictures of your workbook and the content therein. The assignments for lectures 5 and 6 require the use of a MIDI file which is attached with the resources.
