Aalap is a device used to elaborate any Raaga by singing the vowel “Aa”. Alankar is a practice techniques for vocalists and melodic instrumentalists. These are tradition compositions that are orally passed down from Guru (Teacher) to Disciple (Student). The Choirs are trained at The Sriram Musical Foundation, India.
