GuitarZoom Play Your First Song with Steve Stine TUTORiAL

This is a beginners’ guitar course. We will be going through some fundamental concepts such as the basics of strumming, seven basic open chords, and how to play songs using the chords studied in the course.

Our three main focuses are going to be:

1. Learning how to play some basic, but incredibly important open chords that can be found in thousands of songs.
2. Learning how to play essential strumming patterns with the chords.
3. Applying the strumming patterns to real songs.

If some of these concepts are too basic and you already know them, you can always skip forward to other parts of the course and chose what you need to work on or use them as a review which is always a good practice.

The information in this course, is absolutely invaluable. It should be fully understood in detail, because you will use everything you learn here as long as you play guitar, no matter how good you get. So it’s really important to learn how to play them well, right from the very beginning before you move on to the next level.
