”We'll examine bass fills in-depth here, and I'll demonstrate how important they are and how they help you shine in the mix. I'll show you 13 creative strategies that you can use as your springboard for crafting your own bass fills.
For example, we'll work on several strategies for fills incorporating the top two strings such as using thirds and fifths. We'll examine Box shapes and we can integrate chromaticism into your fills. We'll combine chromatics with octaves, top it off using shakes, slides, some cool pedaling, and of course, double stops which are cool to use in a blues. When we're done with this course you'll have lots of ideas for fills for thrills at your fingertips.”
Ariane will explain and demonstrate all of the key concepts and approaches along the way. You'll get standard notation and tabs for all of the performance studies. Plus, you'll be able to use TrueFire's learning tools to sync the tab and notation to the video lesson. You can also loop or slow down the videos so that you can work with the lessons at your own pace. All of the backing tracks are included to work with on your own as well.
