Reason Guru Paul Ortiz shows you everything you need to know about the new Drum Sequencer player in Reason 10! Learn all about it and how to use it creatively when producing in Reason.
Paul begins with the basics of inputting drum hits into the new Drum Sequencer player, as well as how to automate pattern changes. He then goes into Remapping Lanes, Playback Modes and setting Pattern Lengths for complete control over the Drum Sequencer player.
Live Note Input, Randomization and Pattern Presets are then all gone over in detail, allowing you to both program and select different patterns quickly and easily.
Paul then gets advanced, showing you how to utilize automation to create variations on your patterns without wasting precious pattern slots. You'll then see how to increase the Lane and Pattern Count, Convert CV to MIDI with a free player device and open up all of your existing rack devices to the wonderful world of players.
