A speech synthesizer program developed by AH-Software. Tohoku Zunko (東北ずん子 / Tōhoku Zunko), is a 17 year old female. On May 16 2012, AH-Software announced that she would become a Voiceroid. The donor of the voice is Satomi Satō, a voice actor who is notable for providing the voice for the character Ritsu Tainaka from the Japanese anime music show "K-ON!" She was released on September 28, 2012
Can speak japanese and decent english (engurishu =XD)
Official installer is very buggy for non-japanese OS, so this one should be perfect for any user
No serials needed
Japanese local needed to make programm work, switch your system local and format to Japanese (instructions inside the archive)
For Windows XP: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 should be installed
